All EMBELLISH DIRECT deliveries are dispatched within 24hours from receipt of order.

Regular Shipping: $5.00 flat rate for your order ETA Delivery is 4 to 9 days -  We will not responsible for your item via regular mail if lost in transit, if there is any issue with the delivery you need to take it up with auspost.

Express Shipping: $9.95 flat rate for your order ETA Delivery is 1 to 3 days - Your items are fully insured, express shipped, tracking number supplied.

You will receive despatched confirmation email, on this will be a barcode tracking number

International Shipping: Flat Rate All International orders will be shipped via one of the following. Regular AIR MAIL Shipping, FLAT RATE ETA Delivery is 14 to 21 days - $20.00 Regular AIR MAIL delivery with no signature or insurance. We will not be held responsible for your item or delivery time frames.

EMS COURIER SERVICE : $40.00 flat rate for your order Delivery estimated time is 4 to 8 days This is available for all orders submitted prior to 1.30pm EST Your items are fully insured, express shipped, tracking number supplied.

We accept returns if our office is notified within 2 days from receipt of the goods, items are to be returned with a copy of original invoice, a request form must be completed and authorised before goods are mailed back.
